Suraj Kulkarni

Suraj Kulkarni is a third-year undergraduate at UCLA majoring in Psychobiology and minoring in Biomedical Research. Aside from his interest in pursuing medicine, he carries a deep passion for public health and investigating disparities that affect minority communities within the healthcare space. He is the founder and president of Only Being You, an organization that is dedicated to empowering minority voices through sharing stories and providing resources, and is also one of the directors of the Bruin Policy Institute, UCLA's premier policy think tank. Suraj also has a deep passion for mental health and has run a peer mentorship program for South Asian students at UCLA for the past two years. In his free time, Suraj loves to perform Bhangra, talk to his friends, and watch Greys Anatomy.
