Sahithi Gangaram

Sahithi Gangaram, a graduating senior from Frisco, Texas, is currently pursuing a major in Quantitative Sciences (QSS) with a concentration in Biological Anthropology at Emory University. At Emory, she spearheaded a wet lab study on IL-13Rα in TNBC cells and delved into researching racism's impact on penalty rates in sports. Her passion for healthcare disparities, ignited by personal loss, led her to Stanford's CARE Scholars program, where she seeks to leverage her quantitative skills to unravel the complexities of cardiovascular afflictions in South Asians. With a knack for data analysis and a commitment to health equity, Sahithi aims to make meaningful contributions to population science research.
