Puneet Kapoor

Dr. Kapoor is a post-doctoral fellow in the Department of Immunology and Rheumatology at Stanford University School of Medicine, collaborating closely with the Department of Dermatology. Dr. Kapoor has extensive experience in designing and enrolling clinical trials for systemic sclerosis and dermatomyositis, including investigator-initiated and industry-sponsored studies. Dr. Kapoor’s research focuses on the molecular and clinical responses to novel therapeutics for systemic sclerosis and dermatomyositis, aiming to identify biomarkers from skin and blood samples. This work spans clinical, translational, and epidemiologic research, with a significant emphasis on multi-center clinical trials for new treatments in systemic sclerosis and dermatomyositis.
