Nhan Nguyen

Nhan is a recent graduate of University of Montreal with a BS in Psychology. His research interests include the social determinants of health in immigrants, specifically second-generation immigrants, the process of acculturation, ethnic identity, intergenerational trauma, and the development of culturally appropriate mental health services. He hopes to serve immigrant and underserved populations by providing culturally appropriate and socially-conscious healthcare as a primary care physician and by contributing to research on health disparities among these populations. In his free time, he enjoys discovering new music from around the world, perfecting his caffeinated drinks, and spending time with his family
