Lydia Ko

Lydia Ko has gained international recognition throughout her illustrious career on the LPGA, winning 23 times and capturing three Major Championships. The New Zealand native turned professional in 2013 at the age of 16, after becoming the only player to win twice on the LPGA as an amateur. In 2015, she became the youngest player—male or female—to achieve the world No. 1 ranking. That same year, she was named the Rolex Player of the Year (youngest-ever winner), Race to CME Globe Winner, and Tour Money Winner.

At the 2016 Evian Championship, Lydia, at just 18, became the youngest woman to win a Major Championship. She has been a mainstay at the top of leaderboards throughout her career, amassing 27 professional worldwide wins. Lydia has represented New Zealand three times in the Olympics and became the first golfer to complete the Olympic trilogy—silver in Rio, bronze in Tokyo, and gold in Paris. With this Olympic gold, Lydia pushed her career total to 27 points toward the LPGA Hall of Fame.
