Hin Lai Ivan Lam

Ivan is a 2nd year medical student at the University of Hong Kong and a visiting researcher at Yale in his upcoming gap year. His passion for antimicrobial resistance, institutional care, and Asian health inspired him to join the CARE Scholars program. Eager to learn from mentors and collaborate with peers worldwide, his goal is to translate research into policy action and proactively address forthcoming health challenges. In Hong Kong, he has also led various medical humanities projects to connect us all through our shared stories. During his spare time, he enjoys cinematic films and spending time with friends.
