Douglas Morgan, MD, MPH

Douglas Morgan, MD, MPH, Professor of Medicine and Epidemiology, is the Division Director for the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at UAB. His top priorities include expanding the division's clinical, educational, and research programs to meet the needs of Alabamians and beyond. His central research focus is gastric cancer genetic epidemiology and prevention in Hispanic-Latino populations in the high incidence regions of Central America as well as in the US.
