Danke Wu

Danke Wu has dedicated the past decade to philanthropy and supporting local communities, driven by her passion for technology and medicine. As a strong advocate for the Asian American community, she serves as the Advisory Board Chair of the Stanford Center for Asian Health Research and Education (CARE). She also serves on the Stanford Medicine Campaign Cabinet and the Stanford Interdisciplinary Life Sciences Council. Beyond these roles, she is committed to advancing youth education and serves on the Board of Los Altos Robotics, a non-profit dedicated to educational robotics.

Prior to her current endeavors, Danke had a successful career in software engineering, working with leading Silicon Valley technology companies such as SAP and Cisco Systems. She holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Toledo. In her free time, Danke enjoys golfing, traveling, reading medical literature, and exploring the origins, history, and future of the universe.
