Christina Chen

Christina is a 4th medical student in the University of Hong Kong. Studying in Hong Kong, she noticed a lot of differences in medicine of Asian population and that presented on textbook written by other countries' authors in lectures and self-studies. She also noticed the inequality in healthcare due to ethnicity, gender and other factors, thus developing interest in studying and researching medicine in Asian population. During her time as a CARE scholar, she hopes to learn research methods systematically and apply them into investigation for Asian health and womens' health. Apart from being a medical student, she also loves eating, travelling and joining different non-medical competitions within HKU. Her MBTI is ENFP-T
