Chris Kang Mironov
Chris Kang Mironov joined the CARE Advisory Board in 2025. She graduated from the University of Michigan before attending the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Following her MBA she worked at LinkedIn and ServiceNow in various roles from Solutions Consultant, to Chief of Staff, to HR Executive.
Chris’ strengths have always been partnering with leadership teams to drive an operating cadence across the business, focusing and executing on milestones, and driving healthy scale across organizations, but her passions are diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
Chris retired from the corporate world in 2019 and created her own fine jewelry company in 2020. She also serves on the Board of the Korean American Community Foundation and Phillips Brooks Elementary School, is on the Development Committee at Make-A-Wish Greater Bay Area, and is a Future Grad Coach with the Boys & Girls Club of the Peninsula.
Chris enjoys cooking, being a hostess, finding people the perfect gift, sparkly things, and traveling. Chris and her husband have a daughter, son, and two dogs at home.
