Lunar New Year is a deeply meaningful time for many Asian families, centered around foods that symbolize prosperity, longevity, and renewal. At the same time, holiday meals can pose challenges for individuals and families managing diabetes, heart disease, and metabolic risk. This webinar brings together Stanford experts in endocrinology, cardiology, nutrition, and culinary medicine to help families celebrate tradition while making evidence-based, health-supportive food choices.
