Event Title: AANHPI Heritage Month Celebration: Power in Unity: Strengthening Communities Together

Event Date: Saturday, May 2, 2026 | 11 AM – 2 PM

Location: Center for Academic Medicine, 453 Quarry Road, Stanford, CA 94305

Description: This AANHPI Heritage Month, we invite the entire Stanford Medicine community — students, faculty, and staff — to come together in the spirit of this year's theme: "Power in Unity: Strengthening Communities Together."

Join us for a morning of celebration, connection, and community as we honor the rich cultures, histories, and contributions of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander communities. This gathering is a chance to deepen the bonds we've built across Stanford Medicine and beyond — and to reflect on what unity means for us as healers, learners, and advocates.

Co-sponsored and organized by the Department of Anesthesiology, Perioperative and Pain Medicine; Department of Medicine; and Stanford Center for Asian Health Research and Education (CARE).
