Congratulations to Graduating Students!

The ADVANCE Program is proud to celebrate Saif Ali as he completes his Master of Science in Epidemiology at Stanford University and prepares to begin medical school at Temple University this August.

During his time with ADVANCE, Saif made meaningful contributions to research focused on diabetes and cardiometabolic health while helping advance our understanding of the biological factors that influence health and disease. He recently presented his work at the Stanford Diabetes Research Center's 10th Anniversary Symposium and will share his research at the American Diabetes Association Scientific Sessions this summer.

As a first-generation student and aspiring physician-scientist, Saif's journey reflects the power of dedication, curiosity, and a commitment to improving the lives of others through research and medicine. His achievements exemplify the mission of ADVANCE to support and inspire the next generation of leaders in health research.

We are grateful for Saif's many contributions to the ADVANCE community and excited to see all that he will accomplish in the years ahead as he embarks on his journey in medicine and research.
