Our CARE Platform Team brings operational expertise to our center's platform, bringing key experience and support to our network of health experts. To support CARE’s vision of becoming the top academic leader in precision health for Asian and Asian American populations, the CARE operations team implements the center’s disciplined strategic business plan to maintain rigorous, impact-driven, efforts to support and uplift the work of our network.
Our operations team serves as the foundation for CARE’s platform support to faculty and researchers, including conference and program management, impact tracking and optimization, marketing and communications, business and finance support, and operational research support. This platform support covers both breadth and depth through a T-shaped strategy that guides disciplined support for key strategic areas such as cancer, cardiometabolic disease, and the intersection, integration and enablement of artificial intelligence (AI) within precision medicine for Asian and Asian Americans. This approach keeps the CARE platform team nimble and responsive across a wide range of Asian health topics while advancing strategic initiatives to maximize impact.
